What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and light refreshments. Additional amenities vary by package — for instance, sunset voyages include upscale snacks and refreshments, while business charters offer amenities like meeting facilities and specialized catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
It's advisable to book at least two to three weeks beforehand, particularly in the high season from May to September. For business gatherings or private functions, securing your booking four to six weeks early can ensure better availability and allow for personal preferences to be catered for.
What is the procedure for adverse weather conditions?
Our foremost priority is safety. Unfavorable weather as judged unsafe by our skipper will result in the offer of an alternative date for your charter or a complete refund. We actively track meteorological patterns and will notify you if unfavorable conditions are anticipated 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure.
Is it permissible to bring personal food and drinks?
Yes, personal food items and drinks are allowed. We also provide exceptional catering options and can tailor food selections to match your taste. Note that for safety, glass containers are banned on board.
Do your yachts cater to guests with restricted mobility?
We aim to serve all our guests adequately. Certain yachts in our fleet are equipped with better facilities for accessibility than others. We urge you to reach out to us upon booking to converse about specific requirements, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and organize for any necessary provisions.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure, a full reimbursement is awarded. Cancellations happening within 24 to 72 hours can receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours prior will not be refunded unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our behalf.
